"I’m so unbelievably happy with this State Farm branch. The monthly premium for the policy plan at State Farm for my car insurance is almost $200 less than the monthly premium for the exact same policy plan at Progressive. I cancelled my Progressive, and I’m staying with State Farm. Chandler made the process so easy and comfortable for me to switch to State Farm over the phone, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. I’m finally getting all the coverage that I want for a great deal. State Farm has a 10% monthly premium discount too with a Drive Safe and Save feature, and it’s worth it. The State Farm app has a lot of safety features too for sensing if one’s car has been in an accident and alerting oneself to assist with the help one would need after an accident, like possibly law enforcement, medical help, towing, etc. All my policy information is easily accessible and changeable from the State Farm app, and this branch is quick to respond to calls, texts, and/or emails. This is a long review, but I’m going full-out because I couldn’t be any more lucky to switch to a so much better and costly effective deal with coverage that makes me feel comfortable driving in my car. This is my birthday present to myself. And a big thank you to Chandler again for guiding me and helping me feel peaceful about car insurance again. This is a well-operated State Farm branch with agents who have a lot of experience and genuine care for people. That’s my Ted Talk lol, but I really do mean every word. I feel lucky and blessed."
